Im really goin through a lot right now, apart from trying to recover from my neck fracture i started to develop vertigo only when bending forward to pick something or laying down on my side. I did some research and found out that i might be suffering from benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. They are crystals that have been unglued from inner ear and can float around in your inner ear which will trigger sudden dizziness spells, they will last up a few second to a minute and let me tell you they are fukin horrible! The cause can be anything from head injuries to old age. In my case it was head injury because i banged my head pretty bad that ended in a gnarly laceration on my head which resulted to stitches.
I’ve learned that there are maneuvers I can perform to correct this problem which will enable the crystals back into place in my Inner ear but they require head movement and i can’t move my neck due to injury.
I also read that this condition goes away on its own even if left untreated, I’m just fuking hoping it doesn’t become permanent because it will make my life a miserable and i won’t be able to do yoga anymore. I’m glad that there maneuvers which can help with this problem tho but I’m gonna have to wait until I heal from my neck to perform them.
My job requires me to bend forward alot and i think I will not be able to go back to work even after I heal from my neck until I correct this other problem with the dizziness. It really bummed me out that I’m goin through all this all for a stupid concert
I hope Father Satan can really help me to get back to normal, i try to talk to him everyday.
I can’t do this without him I’m dedicated to him I just hope he doesn’t turn the other cheek on me.
