Hello brothers... I need emergency help!!
Last night I was awake and I felt the presence of an evil spirit in front of me, I felt very strong breathing in front of me, it was so real that I could even hear it. I had already felt this once when I was little and I couldn't do anything because I had no spiritual knowledge so I simply ignored it.
At the time I vibrated VINASA and did the affirmations as described in the jos, but at each part of the meditation... I felt the spirit or whatever it was reluctant, little by little I was even losing my breath. I believe it was the influence of the enemy because I felt a very strong fear inside me, but not a normal fear, a created fear, as if something was putting that feeling inside me so that I would stop. Anyway, I need your help to know what else I can do, today I'm going to work on vinasa and affirmations again, I've already put coarse salt on the windows, doors and everywhere. If anyone knows of any stronger work let me know (detail I can't do a formal ritual and summon the gods of hell, although yesterday I only managed to stop it through the power of Satan, just by summoning his name and mentalizing his secrecy)

I received one time such an attack as well, and then never again.
All I said was „Leave me tf alone, I need to work tomorrow!“

I turned around and continued my sleep, slightly angered.

they just want to play your emotions. They can’t do nothing with this.

So you think it's just some spirit? or not something worse like an angel?
I said I would be an angel because I read in Jos that this is how they work, scaring people.
So should I just leave him there, living his life?

Back in 2002 I was at a friends place sleeping over and about 2 or 2 am in the morning I have a hard time falling asleep, so I decided to go into the kitchen to get a glass of water and there is a little light that comes from the windows and she would have the small hall light on, to my surprise I saw a female being she was beautiful but she was like a dark spirit in colour, I saw her hair on her shoulders and she did have two little horns on her head, she gave me smirk look, she had her arms crossed and she looked like those tough females but she looked like she had no intentions of doing any harm, because I had never seen anything like it before I screamed and ran over to my friend saying I saw a being near your kitchen like I was shouting, I was scared at the time.
But about but about 3 or 4 years later when I decided to get the Bible and read it became I never had a bible a few months later another being appeared in my room while I was sleeping now this was a male being it was a spirit it was bright white, he had short hair a beard and a white long gown like the one Jesus wears in the pictures, and as I was sleeping I woke up to this bright light in my dark room this being sort of stretched out his arm like saying behold with right arm extended out and when I saw him I got really scared once more, so I covered my face and turned my back in saying like go away not interested, but then the next second I found my bed quilt take off me, me pinned to my bed arms open like the Jesus arms and the being I couldn’t see anymore but now he was in my body he got me at my throat I couldn’t breathe I couldn’t move I couldn’t talk, and because I couldn’t say help me God, I actually said it with my mind and chest and this being let me go! But was I scared! I think this white being could have been an angle, and the female I saw would have been a demoness, she was lovely tough looking but she only looked at me didn’t do anything to me, I got so scared she never appeared to me again, but ever since I have not seen anything else!
