If demons are pagan gods, why they are still called of their twisted names? For example it is Ba'al but you still call him as 'Beelzebub'. Isn't that blasphemous?

Beelzebub is a specific case as in the ancient Philistine language that just means 'lord of that which flies'. In Hebrew this was corrupted by meaning to mean 'lord of the flies' despite the same basic sound.

Other Goetic names like Ipos are just linguistic evolutions of Coptic Egyptian words, for example Anubis real name is Inapaw which became Ipos, but the enemy did rely on this name to hide the fact this was Anubis because Ancient Egyptian became indecipherable after a point.

We do not call Astarte, for example, 'Astoreth' (shit, shame in Hebrew) or 'Mary/Maria' (corruption of Meri, one of Her names) because that is a grotesque insult to Her.

Some descriptions indicate which names the Gods highly prefer to be called by.

The Gods don't mind being called by these names even if they are inaccurate. Please keep in mind that people communicate with the Gods and ask them. If the Gods find something disrespectful, they tell people about it, such as the circles around the sigils.

There's another reason these names are used: because modern people are more familiar for them, for the wrong reasons. If we leave them to the enemy, they will keep slandering them without mercy. So we have to appropriate them, use them ourselves and attach positive descriptions to them and so in these way we take away a weapon that the enemy uses to slander our Gods.

That's how you win, not by avoiding the enemy names that the enemy uses to slander our Gods, but taking them and transforming them into positive things.

No, zebub means fly, the insect fly, not flight or flying things in general. The original title was Ba'al Zebul, which means "Lord of the High House". The jews didn't like the word "zebul" in his title which means "high house" because it refers to the "heavens" and makes him majestic and rival to their Jewhova,so they changed it to "zebub" means fly (again, the insect fly).
