Hello. On the morning of April 23, I sat and played a quiet game (without sound). But suddenly, in the noise of the thermopot that was then boiling next to me, I heard sounds like something out of an action movie - combat music, running, shots from a gun, reloading a gun, some kind of low and hoarse talking... Are these auditory hallucinations?! (there is a predisposition to schizophrenia). Answer please.
Thank you.

No. This is a common thing with noises like white noise or water boiling. Rumbling noises which contain many different frequencies mixed together. There could be a frequency that appears for just a second, that sounds very similar to a sound you recognize and your brain interprets it as being the sound that you know.

When you're used to hearing a sound, your brain sometimes thinks it hears it even if it's not actually there. This is enhanced by playing at that moment, in which your brain also connects visual stimulation with its audio counterpart (eg saw the gun reloading and your brain connected it to the reloading sound). I don't think you're schizophrenic. I think you should spend more time outside and stop being delusional.
