Using planetary hours how is it even possible to meditate on all chakras and empower them in one day it's not possible for some people am I miss understanding it or

The complete chakra meditation is done in several ways, I will try to explain it as best as possible.

1. When you meditate in a general way on all the chakras, without specific time, potentiating the chakras all at the same time.

2. when you have a chakra that you want to potentiate but without leaving the complete meditation, then for example you want to potentiate the solar chakra, you choose the hour of the solar chakra and you start the complete chakra meditation, but at that specific hour the energies of the solar chakra will predominate and will give the extra that you want to have.

3. Focus on only one, usually the weak ones. If you want to focus on these, then choose one and do it in the corresponding hour for a prolonged period of time, when you see that it is strong and potentiated, then move on to the next one.

There are several ways to work them, the decision is yours and with the time you have available.

If people had to wait around the clock every day for the right planetary hour to meditate on their chakras nobody would ever meditate. When doing the full chakra meditation, one of the chakras you are working on will always benefit from the planetary hour during which you are meditating. It is getting a bit of a boost as it is more active and working on it is more effective. If you meditate every day at the same time, this process will repeat and all of your chakras will benefit one by one from this effect. Or you could specifically target the chakra of the hour and do x2 reps for it, and do the same every day of the week for the chakra most active at that time.
