I accidentally discovered that hot water (which usually hurts) becomes habitual for me when I concentrate, I can also hold a heated iron utensil, I am thinking of trying this with a match and then moving on to a candle, and I also feel like I will soon be able to bathe in lava and then fly in the sun and run on it, and I also don't feel cold when I touch ice, and I am thinking of trying dry ice, also I have no burns or frostbite. please tell me what it is

This is dumb. What you are doing is just a basic thing of ignoring pain, which is helpful if you have pain that you want to ignore. But the dumb part is doing things to burn yourself just to practice ignoring the pain. You should not be damaging your body in any way.

This is true. I have experienced this as well, your mind plays a massive role whether you feel pain or not. If you focus with a strong will and decide that "it doesn't hurt", pain will actually disappear. At least this is my experience. Monks use this as well. There's a video of a monk burning himself to death and not moving a finger.

But as Ol argedco luciftias said, don't be foolish. Pain might me be only in the mind, but danger is definitely real. The fact that it doesn't hurt doesn't mean it isn't damaging you. Be very careful. Use this technique only when you need it, and maybe when you are doing heavy physical activity (safely).

First discount alternative explanations. Peripheral loss of sensation is an early symptom of leprosy for example. I've heard of more verified cases of leprosy than I have superpowers. The Merck manual lists better than a dozen possible causes ranging from vitamin B-12 deficiency to Guillain-Barre syndrome. I mean, sure, you MAY have a superpower. But eliminate the mundane explanations first.
