I saw your pages of Magnum Opus, but there is only 3 pages named Magnum Opus. Do you have some books, website, technicals and any document files that we can find, or download to learn about, and overall practice.
Do you know how to do the ambroisis, the long life elixir, the immortality drug ? The ingredients etc...
I know alchemy is very important, spagyria, sport, meditation, magic, Qi Gong, Tibetan Breaths etc... are good.
But do you have some more please. Like PDF, txt, e-books or articles... special websites like yours or evens some images.

There may be other information in the library, but part of the reason for there being "only 3 pages" is because such an achievement is personal and directly guided by the Gods, as well as far away on the path.

Even if I told you: "Well, all you got to do is just move the energy here, then here, up, down, through this chakra..." then what? You wouldn't be able to do anything with it anyway.

Focus on the fundamentals first, as this will prepare you for both understanding and completing the MO, as well as raising your Kundalini.
