And is it wrong?When my dad found out i was having a sexual relationship with my nephew when i was about 5 he whipped me and made me feel very shamefull about this.So im kind of experimenting with my sexuality lately.

It is unhealthy when taken to an extreme, and because it is basically a Scorpionic behavior, people can go to extremes with it. Classically also, it wasn't even a common behavior among (adult) gays and was more associated with pederasts. It is also unhygienic.

Shit collects in the rectum and comes out of the anus. There are inherent biological and physiological health risks and it can never be considered perfectly clean and guaranteed safe. But enemas can be beneficial for the hygiene of the activity.

One should also be careful and not push any limits. The intestine can stretch but only to a point. It needs time to adjust. One should also be generous with lubrication. Perforation(tearing) and prolapse is always a risk with anal, but it can be minimized with proper caution.

To add on what to others have, common sense is to avoid being violent. If you take precautions and are gentle, the risk of tearing and other issues is next to none.

Being violent is not necessary to enjoy sexual life. In fact, it is counterintuitive. Violence is to deal with an enemy, not with someone you love and care about. I know kids can do stupid shit when they're young as they don't know better, but some of the times these are influenced by karmic and subconscious issues as well. Most kinds of sexual interactions at young ages tend to lead to psychological issues that can end badly in ones later life and seed bad thoughts/impulses.
