Is your mind at peace?

Lately I had been suffering from a bombardment of thoughts mostly negative repeating ones.

I do void everyday even up to 30 minute sessions but I would still be relentlessly attacked mentally by these terrible thought forms.

Somehow they had gained immense power to torture me mentally.

Now, I've added to my regiment the affirmation: "My mind is at peace," and holy shit IT IS BLISS.

No more anxiety attacks, no more unwelcomed suicidal ideations, no more repeat visions of people harming me.

My hatred of the enemy is still there but my mind is tranquil for the first time in a long time.

Listen, if you are suffering the same shit I have been then you might want to give it a try because it's fantastic.

Just wanted to share that in hopes that it might help others.

I clean everyday and I clean thoroughly but it would do little to help.

And plenty of void including some advanced.

I've gone through a shit load of trauma and abuse in my life so I'm thinking that that has some play in my mind being the way it is.

But, it's getting better now after spending lots of time on that aff.

Still some residual crap but nothing like before

I know how it is and completely changing your thinking will change your outlook for the better. Having negative vibe to you will make you miserable. We have this fantastic opportunity for growth, and despite all the hardships I am immensely satisfied. Good luck on your journey.
