Does that also go towards the final rtr too? Like even if the enemy was totally defeated/ would we use it to empower yourself? Is there a point where the final rtr is unnecessary or do we do it as a part of daily meditation.

The Final RTRs must be daily yes we advice. Once a day keeps their NWO away. If the enemy was totally defeated their alphabet would be erased from the astral, and our HPCobra I presume would inform us of this, but we're a ways away from that day as things stand. The Final RTR also helps our own cleaning of these curses from our Soul so we can advance faster.
