Is Horary Valid?

Is it right to get answers with the Horary technique in Astrology? Are these answers valid? Or is this a man-made system like Dragonic charts?

Yes, Horary Astrology is completely valid and it totally works, especially with the planetary hours determining validity. I've found several objects using it and had answers to questions verified.

Do not use Whole Sign Houses, Placidus/Regiomontanus work best with it.

Also bear in mind, some Horary Astrologers discount the influence of Neptune, Uranus and Pluto which is a massive mistake. Ema Kurent is one of the best here, I can recommend her books.

Also it is best not to ask abstract questions with it at the start. Don't ask things like "who is my GD", you will likely misinterpret the result. Stick to things like "where are my keys?" at the beginning.

I'm not sure, it seems very strange and unrealistic to me to get the answers to that question only at the time of asking a question, I can get different answers by asking that question at that moment if I know the time.

It just seemed like a completely bogus thing to me, like astrocartography. I'm curious if anyone has any other ideas.

I've never even had the time to look into horary. I might examine it when I have some time, as Karnonnos vouches for it being legit.
