Hypnosis trance word trigger

I thought about going to a hypnose person and letting creating a word which instantly gets me into the trace state. Is this smart or not, what are your thought?Like apple and if you hear apple you fall into trance instantly.

I suggest you do this by yourself, not in public or with other people. You don't know what one can do to you when you're in trance. You need to be aware in the outside world.
