How to defend against adversary entities harassing my worship?

Before dedicating my soul to Lord Satan a few months back, I have found myself an absolutely gorgeous grove in front of a cliff just a kilometer from my place and named it Satanshain or Satan's Grove in English.
I would do my rituals there at night on an almost regular basis mostly during the Summer.

There is only one problem: Certain entities harass me sometimes in my worship. Initially, it was ghuls in the tree tops annoying me, even once encircling me and my coven brother but we managed to scare them off for good. However, as I ceased the outdoor rituals through the winter, when I resumed on my first ritual in a while which was wonderfully introspective on an initially starlit night that eventually went very foggy, I started hearing a periodic succession of screams, about 50 of them in a row. At first I thought It was a teenage boy who ran out there to let out his anger but the screams were too consistent for someone in distress, which leads me to conclude that it was actually a skinwalker mimicking to lure me out of the safety of my Satan's grove.

I didn't see him that time and he wouldn't have the guts to enter and approach but I finished up the ritual, extinguished my fire and made a swift but stealthy retreat through the other side as I was half-way down, the screams resumed from the same location but I was almost back in town, much relieved when I got back home.

Before you ask, I know skinwalkers do exist because I have seen one near my home town, though I don't live in the Americas.

My question is, how can I prevent such annoying harassment? Are there measures I can take in case that bastard wants to waylay on me the next time around?

You're getting attacked for something that is not even necessary. Blind worship is not demanded or needed in Satanism and doesn't give you any benefits here. We're not Christians! So more to do an entire outdoor ritual for that! Satan is a being with whom you can communicate telepathically at any time, even if you are at a prison cell.

Outdoor rituals have only one purpose: to celebrate Satanic/Pagan holidays like Imbolc and Beltane and connect with nature and invoke its energy. If you aren't trying to do anything nature-related, then an outdoor ritual isn't necessary.

As @Boeuf mentioned, you can do a banishing ritual. Usually those rituals are done on specific dates. Today is one of them as the moon is in Scorpio. Look up the hour of the moon for today (e.g. planetaryhours.net) and you can do this ritual once you are ready:

Also you should build a strong aura of protection and clean it beforehand everyday in order to maintain your protection from such entities. There is a lot of information related to working on your aura on the forums and on the JoS website.

Number one spiritual protection and number two fight back. If you are advanced enough entities really do not like when you strike back and they will leave you alone.
