How does one meditate if busy?

I know the Gods can be contacted like GD to help with meditation schedule. I've read of members asking their GD and all of a sudden 30m-1h opens up and they got time to do meditation.

My issue is lately I've been using Rauda(Gothic vibration) for helping improve my time betterment of usage.

My question is if a normal person was meditating and they do multiple things. How does one person in such manner accomplish their meditations beforehand work.

I figure meditation is a form of energy work that gives a charge throughout the day.

How does one sublimate their time to give it for meditation? early in the beginning of their time

It's like bodybuilding how does one have time to do it. I hear of people waking up 4-5 am and going to the gym for about 1h:30m; I've studied bodybuilding and most agree hitting below 2 hours or so is proper time anything more and you risk overstress.

How do people manage their time? if busy.

i.e. time juggling. I've always wanted to get involved with exercise but I feel like if I meditate with the thing I do and exercise I'll be at it for like 5h+ or so.

Is this a sign of my childhood, teenagehood growing up and not having a good schedule nor routine. I always hated school and woke up just before the bus would arrive.

Anyways how does one juggle their time? How does one have fun and enjoy their time?

I haven't played a video game since 2013 or so I just quit poof. I don't entertain myself very much, I do listen to music from time to time and watch political videos. But is it normal to be so limited?

I'm always bored and take quite a few naps I always feel tired from time to time.

I believe there are countless resources online for time management. Because that is where it comes down, to managing your time.

Ha ha, so you're bored and take naps. I don't have time for such luxuries.

I don't have time to do like trance work. But I try and not daydream. I practice mindfulness meditation as they say you should not only meditate for a few minutes. But always be meditating.

It's all to do with the minds focus and concentration.

I pinch moments when I realise I can focus within to brighten my chakras and aura. And align and spin my chakras.

As it stands I'm not formally sitting or reclining for meditations. But I do them in my fully awake conscious state.

Like after the RTR's you just visualise and affirm the returning curses, cleaning and affirm in your mind.

Maybe I should trance again but keeping the mind trained is enough of a task for now.

You have to build discipline. Discipline is built by doing what you have to do, especially at times when you don't feel like doing it. This is when you're bored, tired, lazy, or whatever.

This is how you become a warrior in every sense of the word. The same principles apply to bodybuilding, as in your example.

Write down all your goals, and the steps necessary to achieve them. Then, create a routine based on this list.

List everything you need to do in a day, and, if possible, set specific times for each task. Then, just force yourself to do them.

Even if you fail, continue to do your best to build the habit of doing things. You must force yourself to do these things, even if it's somewhat uncomfortable, because progress lies beyond comfort.

You're not too busy, you just haven't found a way to manage your time properly, that's fine, just figure out how to, from now on. You don't have to do all your meditations in one go, you can split everything into sessions of 10-30 minutes throughout the day, whatever works for you, as long as you find a way to do it, one day at a time, then that's what matters. At some point these things just flow naturally.

This is excellent advice!

People with a 12h job and a family are able to meditate, it's more mentally challenging, but it can be done and it becomes easier with time.

Thank you everyone.

My biggest issue. I'm not a new ager and never been in new age. But I've always been mentally intense living on high chakras. I wish I could ask Foco_Blu since I love his clinical on Hitler/Hess Astro chart to do a reading for me. I neglect my body a lot over the years of growing up I was always mentally intense for better or worse. I've mentioned my countless hours day dreaming in school.

My biggest issue in life that I've dealt with is an intense mentally mind. I always want to think. Wayman Stewart and a few other astrologers in my aspects I have a very balanced mind of female and male side logic and illogic. So my mind gets into these modes of thinking.

I want to talk in my mind and speak in my mind and construct my reality based on thinking it over. In other words my mind is hyperactive, coffee doesn't help but I've limited to 1-2 cups a day.

My question is if I spend countless hours thinking and processing. Is that bad? to daydream and talk so much in my head?

I always wanted my mind to be calm and quiet for an extended period of time. Learn void and learn to calm my mentally.

But I'm always bored it's like my life was turned into a boredom. Lately doing the healing work and anti-karma. I keep getting these thoughts of my school days and some of my toddler era thoughts are coming back.

Is it possible to be so irresponsible to ones duty from childhood traumas or incidents involving being traumatized. I've read of kids having traumatic experiences but they aren't traumatic they just felt scared or fearful and took it the wrong way.

Is it possible I took it and laughed my ass off as a kid but the damage was done on a lower plane and took it personal and hide it in my mind?

All of that thinking is useless, has it brought you anywhere?
I suggest you a routine of yoga, meditation, and working out with basic bodyweight exercises, check on youtube for a beginner friendly routine for working out. You should especially work on calming your mind, coffee won't work on calming it as it's a stimulant, I would cut it if I were you.

It's good that you're trying to meditate, but you dwell too much on the past and try too much to rationalize things.

Put it this way - from now on, you're a new man, and your new life has just begun. You're not bound by your past mistakes and actions, and whatever you did or didn't do in the past does not define who you are right now. The actions you take today, define who you are. Who do you want to be?

Thinking isn't necessarily bad, but if you only think and take no action, then that's a problem.

Meditation will help you get out of your own head, your own little world inside your brain. This is good, as we need to be out there in the world, but it will take some time. Be patient and allow yourself to heal from these things.

A lot of people, when they are bored they feel sleepy and think they need a nap. And when people are busy they feel alert. Your mind puts out what you need at the time, so by training yourself, you will be able to be more productive with your time.

When I start to feel tired and it's still the middle of the day, I have a quick workout. Even just 5 minutes and I have energy again to continue working.

You might benefit a lot by putting yourself on a training program, focus on exercise and getting into the best physical shape of your life. This will help your mind too :)

Here is Magical workings for it:

Myself I wake up about 2 hours before I have to prepare myself for job, and do it early in the morning, have found this is best for effective meditations,

It’s about 3:40.

at this time it is easy to access subconsciousness, easy to meditate, do yoga and etc.

I also have split my workout into two parts, one in morning one in evening.

In the evening yoga for letting go of the day, cleaning and etc.

Works good for me.

But working by Blitz above, mainly helped me to manage my time.

Greetings Gear88

In addition to all the excellent advice given and threads attached, I'd advise you to divide your day into time slots and stick to them. From such and such a time to such and such a task.
If you haven't finished the task in question, too bad move on to the other time slot with the other task.

That's how I manage my day, with children, endless self-employment, other family obligations, and commitment to our SS path.

Finally, a natal chart reading should help, because in my opinion, there's a problem with the Air element.

In any case, I'm delighted to see you showing the will to progress! Keep up the good work Brother !

Forgot to add. Mostly there should be realised importance of meditation and advancing. Then it should find its place in your schedule. As in truth is there is nothing more important.

Out of 24 hours per day, there's just no way you cannot separate 30 minutes for meditations. This is time management issue, not lack of time. When you don't know how to manage your time, even 48 hour day wouldn't be enough
