Goat Headed Shadow thing in my room, should I try to talk to it

So for a very long time now at night this shadow figure with what kinda looks like a goat head or at least horns shape and a human ish body has been attached to me. Doesn't matter my location weather at home or in a hotel this thing fallows me. It just feels Cerious, like a big predator stalking but not wanting to pounce. For a few years I haven't seen it but its come back into my life. Normally after a very vivid nightmare is when I see it. My room gets WAY darker than it should considering it's mostly windows and no blinds. Kinda like a dark fog is filling the room and then I see it. Is this something I should try to build a bridge with? Try to banish it? I know it's terrified me before as a child but now I'm just as cerious about it as it is about me. Any advice would be nice

This sounds like an evil thing. Try to stay away from it, and do not connect with it or open yourself to it in any way. Contact the gods directly and ask for the gods to protect you from this thing and remove it.

Try to perform the Abrasax ritual and ask him to help you to remove the connections and links you may have with this enemy entity and banish it.
