Energy work thread

Hello brothers!
Earlier today I did some experimentation on energy work with some friends.
I took inspiration from his video and I tried to somewhat relay the technique( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wYVdhKVb9WE )
My way of doing it was that I channeled energy from the root and sacral chakra into my fingertips along with bioenergy in various parts of the others bodies to see the effects.This was the first time I've done these things.
The results were as follows:
-mild sensation of electrocution in each interaction
-slowed the heart rate upon directing this current towards it from the front and back of it(the 2 people I've done this with both remarked it and checked by feeling for the others pulse and their own sensation)
-partially discharged a phone by contact with the hand holding it
-induced involuntary movement in otherwise relaxed hand
-caused headache upon directing the current either directly to the head or through acupuncture points related to the area
-caused one of my friends to feel very energised after the tests
-provoked color hallucinations in one of the guys

I find this very interesting so if any of you had any similar experiences or advice I'd be thankful if you shared it here.Also any good books on the matter?Any techniques to train this specific ability?
I am aware that bioenergy amounts and intensity are somewhat related to ones physical strength and size which might explain why by touching one of my friends who is 2m tall 130kg I felt the energy get dimmer in me.(only with contact)
I want to learn more about the healing aspect and other uses uses of this energy and about it in general.

The video you based your experiments on is "bulshito", at least that's the opinion of most serious people I know.

How advanced are you? You understand that it's very unlikely that someone would notice anything the first time they tried it?

I'm inclined to believe you're lying, but maybe you do have some degree of electrokinesis. It's a common ability, at least compared to other abilities.

I'm only slightly entertaining this because I was able to shock myself through circuits without a power source, and even shock myself sometimes on plastic covers of electronics. I had to program my aura not to do this anymore, as getting shocked on about everything was pretty annoying. I was in a class on electronics/hardware at the time, my teacher directly asked me if I was some kind of alien. He couldn't explain it. Later in an experiment we did where two people would transfer electrical energy as part of a circuit, most people barely transferred transferred any. When I did it with a friend after everyone else, I was constantly getting loudly and painfully shocked. The teacher in that class said it was my clothing or shoes, but it was obviously bullshit.

I am not lying about this but i seek answers as to how to evlove this ability.I think I was born with it since I remember being able to do it since I was a child.
It cannot be static energy considering that I managed to electrocute myself extremly hard to the point my heart was seriously hurting by testing what would happen if I did it as hard as I can.
I invoked Azazel for answers and he told me to meditate and it would advance.
I would say I am between begginer and medium level advanced.

If you can speak to the gods, they're better teaches than any human could be. No, if everything you said is true then you're at least kundalini risen. Meditation and further experimentation will improve it. You better tell your friends not to tell anyone what you're apparently capable of, if the enemy suspects you're telling the truth you're going to get killed.
