Hello. I don't know if I worded it strangely, but I couldn't find any information about this problem on the forums, so I'm finally posting it here.

This doesn't happen very often - it's rather random, and it's VERY annoying.

Today I cleaned my chakras and aura with Visudhi because I felt like I needed to. As soon as I cleaned the base chakra, I felt energy going to my feet. However, I continued with my aura and it stopped for a little bit.

After a while, again, I was feeling energy at my feet, and it makes me feel horrible, like emotionally bad, for no reason.

I've done the alternate nostril breathing even for 5 minutes straight, and it doesn't help.

What am I supposed to do? Why does this happen?

Does it feel weird when you move your consciousness to your feet normally? I have had something similar, in my case it felt like the top of my head was drained of energy, a very weird feeling i must say. There are 2 things i did that helped me a lot, first was moving my consciousness through my body body especially the top part of my head, i did this on a daily basis sometimes even more than that. Second was circulating my energy around my body, with a lot of focus on the top of my head.

The feeling i had is gone now, plus i am comfortably able to be conscious about my whole body, instead of just a part of it.

Also a big portion of energy that you absorb is absorbed through the feet, if there are any blockages, or circulation problems this is the place where energy tends to gather. To de-load this energy you can earthen yourself, this will help circulating your energy among many other things.
