I've heard it makes you smarter, which I believe, but how about stronger? I'd assume with more energy flowing through you you'd be stronger. And yes I go to the gym, just wondering.
In short, yes. Given that you actually challenge yourself. Not straining, but going to the very limit, and meditating there for a while everyday makes one more resilient, enudring, stronger both in mind and body.
Flexibility is strength. It’s funny. I’m super into the sport strongman and these athletes are like 400lbs and 6 and half feet tall on average and you’d be surprised how unbelievably flexible they are. Massive men who can do crazy yoga posses and the reason is they understand that it plays a huge role in their strength to be flexible. The more loose you are, the more access you have to the muscle, versus if you were stiff. If you practice yoga and also do training in the gym, you’ll make all kinds of gains.
I had a car accident some years ago and I had some physical trauma. I struggled a lot in the first with yoga, but I worked hard and now I cured that traumas. I didn't even though it was possible. I used Satanama mantra. Also, I am more mature then before
It's not just more energy flowing. Your chakras and your entire soul and body are healed from the subhuman/untermensch state most people are currently in. Then you start rising toward the superhuman/übermensch state.
Your glands by becoming more healthy start producing hormones in a more harmonious and balanced way. Your organs function more properly, etc. And when there are no obstacles in communication between the soul, the mind and the body, that's when things start to seem much easier.
