Is K-Yoga(Kundalini), grounding and centering like Hatha?

I get in Hatha you work with your body or physical vessel. If K-Yoga requires physical movements does that mean it helps with grounding and centering?

I know HP.Cobra in 40-Day Guide states K-Yoga for flow improvement. While Hatha is for stretching the body and working on the physical plane.

I figure if both require physical actions and the Kundalini energy release is based on the base chakra. Am I being grounded along with hatha?

Also should we be programming the energy to amplify the vrill and powers of the soul like it states in JoSMainsite or should I change my affirmation and focus on grounding and centering. Like Stormblood mentioned a while back overgrounded > overcharged, basically.

If you are beginner start with hatha yoga, yes hatha yoga helps with grounding and balance more.

K-yoga makes you very high, for it is needed grounding which is in hatha yoga, you can do in morning kundalini - to wake up, and in evening hatha for example, in the evening body is more flexible. (If you want to do both) but this is more advanced,

So if you only beginning start with hatha :)

When you gonna be balanced and grounded you can start with kundalini when you feel you can start.

But this involves not only yoga, but also breathing exercises, meditations, chakra meditations and etc.

For grounding base chakra should be open healthy and empowered.

Kundalini yoga doesn't give the feeling of being grounded and centered. If that's what you are specifically looking for, try pilates :)
