I have experienced the same as you say, some days if I have to clean a lot I get that feeling of tiredness, heaviness and drowsiness and I am forced to reduce my other meditations to be able to take a nap and rest.

It's obnoxious because I don't like compromising on anything like that. However, what I am going to do is just do the deep cleaning every 2 days, rather than daily. If I have trouble with this, then I will lower the reps. Basically, I just want to find the most efficient way possible.

I would love to rush my cleaning, but I was falling asleep while meditating, and otherwise feeling exhausted. On the bright side, I know that I don't feel the influence as badly as a result of Sun/vitality workings, but I have to improve this further to keep up the same rate of cleaning which I originally intended.

For other people in this situation, definitely do your yoga to help your soul recover. If you are especially tired, the breath of fire is great here. You could even direct the energy to help rebuild your energy.

Meditating for more than 15 minutes in deep trance to 25 minutes when the wave of exhaustion hits you will solve this.

I had periods when only a few vibrations would turn me into a narcoleptic. Very important, after cleaning or after very large energies or works, meditate for 20 minutes.

Without meditation your body will become very sensitized by this and it will take a hold. You won't be able to practice meditation even.

This isn't about volume of energy but a process of which you need to enter to truly clean and heal. Meditation is a necessity for this, that's why you are sleepy, exhausted. The body has endorphins and needs meditation to restart the system. Just like Windows needs a restart during updates (for a sloppy example) etc.

You make me feel lazy. I definitely not gonna do it every two days, now I am considering of doing it every month. We have a different aproach. I don't care if it takes me more time or if I am tired because I see it as a really special meditation. I do all the final rituals against enemy including the ones in the schedule, asking for a Demon's help until I feel the connection, enjoying every vibration and thinking exactly what I need to get rid off. So it takes me more time, but I like it

You didn't asked me, but I will answer why I am still doing big sessions of deep cleaning. I am not thinking about daily negative garbage that I get because I am cleaning my soul regularly. What I am thinking while doing deep cleaning are the real blockages and negative karma that are graved deep in my soul. When I am focusing on a chakra I am thinking of what is that chakra realated to and what could be wrong there, even from another life and try to reach a new level everytime

NakedPluto said:

When I said above that after cleaning my soul I let it go and don't think about it I meant that I free my mind and stop thinking about any negative energy. Visualizing in a white-gold energy it helps keeping my mind free, so I follow a quarter of your advice because it feels natural. Thanks for pointing this out

In my personal experience, deep cleaning can get exhausting when done for multiple days in a row. I thought this was due to Visuddhi alone, but I had a somewhat similar experience after doing Surya x111 to "strongly purify" me, plus strongly visualizing dirt flowing out of me.

For a few hours after, I would feel more tired than normal, but I would also feel an increase in spiritual power. Doing yoga and the breath of fire helps offset this decrease in energy, but after a while I would feel too tired, like a heaviness of my body. It is strange because I would do something to boost my physical yang, and I would feel physically alert, but I would still feel a sense of heaviness as if I needed to sleep.

I'm not exactly sure how people are maintaining this throughout a large cycle of the Witch's Sabbath. I would need like 2 additional hours each day to sleep to maintain this rate of cleaning, therefore I guess people were/are simply doing less cleaning when they go about this.

I'm curious about what other people think or have experienced about this.

Deep cleaning can easily become exhausting. First time I did it 6 days in a row. Now I am doing 2-3 days in a row, or even one or two, depends on how I am feeling. My plan is to repet it every 2-3 months

Anyway, the fatique worth it a lot. It felt like moving rocks from my shoulders. Every session I did was before going to sleep, and didn't pay attention to the effect on the moment, just let it go, like I am doing every time I am cleaning my soul

I am considering Surya more like a mantra that brings positive energies and not a 'cleaner' like Algiz or Visuddhi, so can't make a fair comparison

In conclusion, my general opinion about this meditation is really good. It passed the time test and deserve a place in the schedule of every SS. Greetings to Lydia! :D

Thanks for posting, JG Blitzkreig and Dark Blue Eye. Yes, I was extremely tired as well. But it is worth it! I rarely do much cleaning now due to the extensive cleaning I have done on multiple times, I'm just always clean now. Visualization is enough most days, and then I'll do vibrations on Saturdays or when I feel the need to do vibrations. Any curses or negativity sent my way is dealt with extremely easily. Probably also because of my years of strictly following a returning curses AoP regime.

So keep at it, you won't need to do it for long, and then you will permanently benefit from it!

Good luck to everyone doing this :)

Also everyone, the effects of the cleaning has to do with how many curses etc have accumulated on your soul over your past lifetimes. I had a lot, and even had an experience where I met my past life self in a vision who noticed all the curses on me (long story short).

Those of you who are newer souls, or who weren't into the occult or anything of the sort in past lives, you will not have as many curses on you.

I don't know if I should feel honored to have been born with a lot of negative karma or just mad lol It could have been way worse but life wasn't easy, at least now I'm a SS and know how to fix all of this.

I have been doing the deep cleansing every day since you published it, many times 2 or 3 times a day and I still have a long way to go to reach that state you describe in which the cleansing becomes much easier, apart from an innumerable amount of curses I have also cleaned tons of accumulated dirt like repressed anger and suffering in the base chakra and emotional karma in the throat chakra, sometimes also when things came to the surface while cleansing I have had flashes and visions of past lives.

Bruh. You do deep cleaning 2-3 times every day? What is the matter with you? That just sounds insane, and way too exhausting. I certainly couldn't do that. I feel so drained after 1 good cleaning session, 2-3 is just hard to imagine.

I know it's hard and exhausting, but there was so much dirt to clean that I needed to do it this way, I usually space them hours apart, one session in the morning and then another one in the nigth, in return I needed to shorten some things in my meditations and I also had to reduce alot the intensity of my training at the gym to compensate and avoid overexhausting myself.

Same. Atleast we make place for positive karma. All the vulnerabilities are becoming the strongest qualities

Perhaps you can take a short break, even just 1-2 weeks off before the next time to begin this? A break might do you good, if you think you need it.

Regardless, it is very admirable that you are staying consistent, you will feel so much better once you are finally done! :)

Yesterday I finished the 5 days. Almost every day the duration of the exercise ranged between 50 minutes and 1 hour.
I have seen chains, bars, nails, strange black wires, thick black liquid, black water, dirt, black sand, stakes, swords, arrows coming out. And there were chains with weights on the end.
I don't know what they mean, but that's about what I experienced.

Thank you for this exercise, I feel better after doing it.

I've had the opposite experience. Whenever I had my deep cleaning cycles, I experienced feelings of freedom and renewed/increased energy.

Luis may have a point when he mentions proficiency to handle energy, but many other factors could be at play such as how proficient one is at cleaning and at going to varying degrees of depth. NakedPluto and Lydia make great points as well.

Personally, I don't think I reached the necessary depth all the time. Although, with 2 major issues resolved in the last 2 months I must have received the right degree at least a few times.

The chains represent bonds and impediments, I have also seen them come out many times when doing deep cleansing.

When I first started a deep cleaning program with the FRTR and Visuddhi, I got very tired if not exhausted too. I was instructed to perform the "Ek Ong Kara Satanaama Shiri Vaha Guru" x36 times after the deep cleaning (an hour after). This really helped in restoring my energies to be able to do my daily and workings.

I've also tried raising my energies by doing SATANAS (each letter in chakra starting from the base and up) in my chakras an hour after deep cleaning. This also have helped.

I am not saying this will work for everyone, but it is worth the try. It definitely worked for me.

I feel better since I did this. I will definitely do it again in the future.

I've also been thinking about doing a special cleaning job on myself to remove bandages.
I thought about this a few days ago.

Do you have any further information on this mantra? When I searched around, it seemed like a mantra used in the Sikh community for praising Satan.

Do you have any further information on this mantra? When I searched around, it seemed like a mantra used in the Sikh community for praising Satan.

Read Maxine's writings below on this. My own experience:

I used the Mantra for 40 days as a working earlier this year. In the middle of the working I begun to experience a pulsating sensation that went up and down through my main chakras. My chakras felt stronger and brighter, and I became more energized both physically and spiritually. After I was done with the working, my overall circulation of energies had improved, a lot.

After I performed the Praise Satan mantra I regained my physical and mental energy to carry on with my daily meditation. The deep cleaning got me really heavy and tired the first two times. I asked my GD if there were anything I could do to regain some physical strength/energy, and the Praise Satan mantra kept dominating my thoughts.

High Priestess Maxine Dietrich wrote:
Vibrating words of power/mantras is one of the most powerful in raising energies. This is also an excellent alternative for those who cannot do the physical exercises. Ideally though, physical exercises such as Hatha Yoga, Kundalini [Serpent] Yoga, Tai Chi and other internal martial arts forms should be included for anyone who is able to do these, as all of these open up the physical self as well as the soul and work to keep energy circulating freely.

Words of power/mantras should be only as long as a short sentence. These should always be vibrated, never just stated. Each syllable must be vibrated. As with meditations, the effects of specific meditations are often individual and this is something you need to work with and choose for yourself. What may work well for one person may be different for another. The key here is these should feel pleasurable. One can also vibrate these in the mind when doing the holding during breathing exercises.

Here are some words of power that can be used to raise the energies of the soul. Vibrating these just 20 times, like in the morning [or after your main sleep], when you wake up, this can heighten your energies for the entire day:

This mantra is of Serpent Yoga and not only releases energy from and spins the chakras, but also praises Satan as our True Creator God. This is excellent for raising energies:

Ek Ong Kara SaTaNaaMa Shiri Vhaa Guru

Pronounced-

AYKK --- OHNG --- KAH-RAH --- SAH-TAH-NAH-AH-MAH --- SHEE-REE --- V-HAH-AH --- GUU-RUU

This mantra is of Amon RA and empowers the sun chakra. It can also be vibrated into the aura:

Aum Shree Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram

Pronounced-

AH-UUU-MMM --- SHH-RR-EEE --- RAH-MMM --- YAH-EE --- RAH-MMM --- YAH-EE --- YAH-EE --- RAH- MMM

****

To remove obstacles in your life:

SaTaNaMa RaMaDaSa SaSay So Hung

Pronounced-

SAH-TAH-NAH-MAH --- RAH-MAH-DAH-SAH --- SAH-SAH-YAH --- SOH --- HUUU-NNG

****

For clairvoyance and opening the mind for more psychic power- what is known as the 'Veil of Isis'
mantra. Isis is an alias of Astaroth:

Vibrate-

ISIS

Pronounced-

EEEEESSSS-EEEEESSSS

I’m outlining a process I went through some years ago, after the F-RTR first came out. Now that the Moon is in the 3rd/4th day of Waning, it is a great time to begin this.

Step 1: Do the F-RTR (now that we have the Shattering and Tetra, you can do those as well).

Step 2: Vibrate Vi-Suddhi 7x in each chakra. Pronounced VVV-EEE-SSS-UUU-DDD-HHEEE. For the D, have the tip of your tongue where it would be to say D, then hold it there lightly as you vibrate. It’s like a deeper-tone of T and the tip of your tongue is a bit back, not touching your teeth. This is how I’ve done it all these years and it was more effective than the other variations I have read and tried, as this pronunciation was from HPS Maxine and not the internet. If you can’t vibrate the D then just tapping once the D sound will suffice.

Afterwards, call upon a Demon if needed. I worked extensively with one, a “lesser Demon” so don’t assume it’s going to be someone listed on the JoS. There’s no need to find a sigil, the Gods are highly psychic and telepathic and know when we are in need of assistance.

Step 3: Visualize a small Sun, maybe the size of a basketball. Have it floating in front of you, the exact location doesn’t matter as it’s going to move around you as the process continues.

This ball of light is like a magnet. It is going to draw out all the curses and chains in your soul, astral body, all of your being. You will feel or sense, or see for those who can, ugly chains and objects being drawn out and into the ball of light. It will be like chains of varying lengths; clamps shaped like staple removers; spears with hooks on the end; dirt like sand; and other objects. You might do a small shudder or shake as the process is happening.

When the space in front of you, your Solar chakra area, feels done, move it down to the front extension of your Sacral and Base chakras and repeat. Then your knees, repeat the drawing out process. Then the bottom of your feet. Then around the back to your pelvic floor area, where a lot of stuff may come out of your Base chakra and general area there (reproductive organs, and so on).

Then bring it slowly up along your back, keeping it next to each chakra to draw gunk out from each of the back extensions of your chakras. Then to above your head, from the Crown; then 3rd eye area; then down the front again for each chakra. All your chakras will benefit from this, you can also do it to the side chakra extensions.

Note: Anything in the middle chakras will come out through the extensions of the chakra, either the back or front or both.

When you are complete, the Demon will take it all away.

This process took me quite a bit of time daily for 5 days. It might not take you as long as we have been doing the F-RTR for a few years now. Or it might take less time daily but for more days. I was also advised to rest a lot, I was flat-out exhausted. But now my soul is squeaky-clean. All the past life curses, bindings, and so on is gone.

Hail Satan!

Update: Please read HP Cobras post Advanced Knowledge: Witches Sabbath & The Lunar Month Purification Circle for more information on cleaning :)

I've been doing this cleansing work for a few days now and I'm starting to really feel like my soul is much cleaner now. Would it be a problem if I add this work directly to my daily routine instead of doing it in a 28-day cycle? Unlike other cleansing meditations, the feelings and effects are much more incredible and impressive for me. Can I turn it into a year-long working? Can a cycle occur for 365 days?

Can I increase the number 7? 7 x 3 = 21 would it be useful? Or stay in 7 for each chakra?

It can be done on a daily basis as part of your meditation routine, the only thing you have to keep in mind is to avoid overworking it and exhausting yourself excessively, this work is great to combine it with the works of liberation with the mantra Munka and the runes Ansuz or Auroz to remove the dross that comes out in the chakras.

I know this is an old post, but I hope many other people will benefit from this post being bumped up!!

I just wanted to ask if it's normal that while cleaning I saw my whole beaing being totally black and then the ball of light sucked it all out and my whole being became super bright. Does that mean that I had a lot of curses and or binds placed on my soul, astral body, my whole being?

what is the difference between imagining the energy shooting off in the direction of the enemy v.s. asking a god to take it?

I don't really ever ask a god to take any energy and I have been imagining it shooting off far away from me. But when it comes to asking a god to take it, when you have a ball of waste would you just forget about it, maybe imagine it getting pushed to a corner of the room and expect the god to take it? I feel like I would ask a god for the help and by muscle memory imagine it shooting off, leaving nothing for them to take on accident.

Unless this whole time of thinking I've been shooting off waste I've actually been leaving it all in one pile close to me :(

Would you recommend me asking a god for their help with this? thank you

Does Vishuddhi have a different meaning when the 'sh' is replaced with just 's'?
I thought it was the Sanskrit word for the throat chakra so I feel confused about vibrating it into all my other chakras.

It's the same as if you passed a basketball to another person. Imagine that you are respectfully placing it in their hands and thank them for their assistance.

The Gods will answer your call for help; never doubt this.

No, it isn't. That is quite off. The double a's need to be separate as in HPS Maxine's instructions. The H also needs to be hit in Vhaa. And the G is not to be vibrated like that.

Punjabi/Gurmukhi language, not runic kabala...

So how do you vibrate the praise Satan mantra, is there a correct audio recording?

Will be doing this one on a specific days in calendar to avoid overdoing and on Sabbaths will be doing it for a full cycle! On top of my regular daily cleaning.
Thank you HP Lydia!

I'm glad to help! :)

(I am trying to be more present on the forums in this moment, as I need a stronger connecton with the community now and I try to be helpful).

Just willing to add my experience with this cleaning meditation.
When I did it time ago, I called a Demon for help, one of them (different Demon each day I think) let me visualize a pile of crap that came out of my chakras moving away from me and landing in... israel! I just said "is it really wasted in israel"? The Demon was smiling and laughing at this; "yes it is". They are really helpful and even fun! This made me think, even in hard moments and during Spiritual war, a smile is always good to cheer up (I tend to be over-serious sometime).

I had been contemplating such a working for a loooong time. Last Saturday, on Sabbath, it finally happened.
Also, I can confirm the tiredness/exhaustion (today is the 3rd day) but maybe I just worked too much for the last two days (my work is not sedentary).
After calling a Demon, during the ball of light phase, I almost feel a tinnitus and a surge of energy. After sending the crap away, I felt waves of heat in my body. My head feels like it has expanded. I'm in it for the longer run (28 days).
Just felt like sharing this here.
Thank you so much, dear HPS Lydia!

I'm so grateful for this. I've started this on saturday, I can say I feel no more spiritual dross around myself and my senses are much stronger and better. It only took me 3 days to be completely clean of any spiritual dross, on the fourth day, I felt no negativity being pulled out the chakras, so I guess that's it for me. But the first 3 days were intense, each time I felt like there was a knife being pulled out of myself, specially on the extensions of the Heart chakra.
