Clairaudience tips?

ive been at it for a while, and i was wondering if you have any tips or advice on empowering and opening these points. i want to be able to hear my guardian as if im speaking to another human face to face. how long should it take if i breathe energy into the points and do the JoS guide everyday?

Telepathic communication is not cut and dry, there's a lot of interfering matters such as deciphering what is your imagination (Yes you can telepathically hear your own thoughts as if someone else was saying them if you're not adept at grounding yourself and keeping this in check with discipline of the mind, as with void meditation) and it's also not just the clairaudience points. All chakras are important in their functions to incite the proper and balanced means of performing an ability. The Crown chakra for instance rules over communications on the astral in speaking to someone telepathically and the heart chakra and base chakra is the chakra that enables the connection of tying to someone like a demon in focus and bond spiritually in order to better do this.

The base chakra provides enough grounding with the heart chakra providing proper balance of such energy signatures between the lower and upper chakras to hold stability in being able to discipline the directing of the mind in focus and attention and being able to determine what is truth and what is an interference of either the imagination or a malevolent entity trying to intercede in communications. A strong and very close bond with Satan (highest priority) as well as his demons is required in the aspect of enabling better spiritual openness to them.

So you see there's a lot of other factors to account for in making this easy and being able to do this, if you just focus on the clairaudience points to develop this ability without first working to empower and clean everything else that makes it work, you'll find yourself either going no where or making very slow progress, or opening up your psychic hearing and only getting your imagination or what have you and struggling to have any real and proper communications at all leading to confusion and being risking in being dangerously mislead.

As I say with everyone trying to develop abilities, you need to remember that your foundation is not one thing but the whole entire working system of your soul in tandem that makes everything work. The more developed and experienced you are with the whole progression, the easier and better you'll be able to understand and practice the capabilities. It seems like a lot of work to do but everything takes time with patience, you don't become some beast in physical strength and stamina in one week, it takes years. Spirituality is no different.

Don't let any of that get you down or anything, everything comes in time and patience. What's important though is that all of your chakras both major and minor are open, empowered and cleaned. Yoga also is very good for circulating energy through them to keep them flowing and empowered and to help flush out negative energies.

Take it a step at a time in perspective, if not all of your chakras are open, cleaned and empowered as such, you can devote to individual workings with one at a time until each are the case. I cannot dictate how you meditate though or progress in your spiritual advancement, take this as mere advice and make your own judgements.

What worked for me personally was vibrating AUM 9x into each point and feeling them being activated. It also really helps to work on your pineal gland and throat chakra as well.

When 9 times got too easy for me, I moved it to 18 times each, then 40. It was a bit time consuming but it helped me nonetheless. There was also a meditation that helped that had to do with vibrating Innana into the the psychic centers but I can’t find it anymore.

Also, it’s IMPORTANT to be able to tell the difference between the Gods and enemy interference. I cannot stress that enough!! I’ve held myself back for a very long time because of my inability to do this and I’m still recovering.

While doing a headstand vibrate maum into the crown. Do child pose after.
As Ghost mentioned empowering all chakras will benefit you most. Doing Azazel's meditation might help you with this.

Vibrate S into the base chakra
Vibrate A into the heart/middle chakra
Vibrate M into the crown
Vibrate M into crown once again
Vibrate A into the middle chakra again
Finish by vibrating S into the base chakra again

Telepathy is a very advanced power and may take a long time to develop, some are very gifted and it comes easier to them. What I've noticed is the gods communicate by sending thoughts to your mind when you are newer. Or by using signs. Ever see a book or a post that later benefits you? Or that answers a question you had? That is your guardian communicating to you. I know the feeling of wanting a mentor or a demon friend to talk with but you should focus on developing yourself till you are advanced enough.

I don't know how to explain this perfectly but telepathic communications feel like its coming from inside of your head not like your listening to something outside of you.

And it's very different from hearing your own thoughts. It will feel different from anything that you've ever felt so you'll know that it's real. Itll feel like its reverberating in the beginning, then itll become more clear. This is my personal experience.
