Can't get into my account

Hello, I'm trying to get back into my account and it says to contact the administrator because I've either tried to reset it too many times or it's been locked out. I've been coming back every week to try and get back into it but with no luck. The reset email is not sending, I've checked my spam, trash, etc...

Is there any way an admin can unlock my account so I can reset the password? Thank you.
