It's called Plantago major (other Plantago species work too, but the 'major' variety is more potent). It is very good for respiratory issues. I have a whole bunch of research on it, including all its properties and recipes for home remedies.

I have a medical problem.

I have bronchitis in my lungs. If you don't know what is it,
It is an Inflammation resulting from the infection of small air sacs called bronchioles causes narrowing of the vesicles and as a result, lung capacity is greatly reduced. I have it since my childhood and all of my high school years passed by went to the hospital and be treated. But I grow and still going on because solutions are nice but not permanent. I should go to the hospital and take breath from a machine at least once a year. This seems tiring but not the main problem.

Now this illness is getting worse. In those days, especially rainy and cloudy times I can say directly I can't breath. Even I get up from my sleep because of this sometimes. I am using ventolin spray for now and get relax but I don't want to addicted to that. I want to a spiritual and permanent and stayable results. What are your materials, what can we do about it. I believe there is a way to salvation. Everytime the sky gets rain I feel too close to die.

I had recurring bronchitis about 6years ago and a previous history of smoking didn't help. This eventually developed into pneumonia which I had to get immediate medical help for. I was lucky I found an experienced doctor who knew how to treat it.

Firstly: Acute bronchitis is usually caused by a viral infection. This is most often the same viruses that cause colds and the flu. It may also be caused by a bacterial infection, or by physical or chemical agents that are breathed in. These may include dusts, allergens, and strong fumes, including those from chemical cleaning compounds or tobacco smoke.

Acute bronchitis may come after a common cold or other viral infections in the upper respiratory tract. It may also occur in people with chronic sinusitis, allergies, or those with enlarged tonsils and adenoids. It can be serious in people with lung or heart diseases as and the elderly. Pneumonia is a complication that can follow bronchitis.

Your choices depend on the gravity and nature of the situation. Do you have time to explore all the options? In my case I had to get immediate medical assistance because it was quickly becoming a life threatening situation. It also finally got rid of a recurring problem, and it has never come back.

The important thing is you now have different options to choose from. What suits one doesn't necessarily suit all. The choice is yours?

I appreciate your concern and advice, but the matter has been discussed at length, including by HPHC 666. I have learned by the process and have moved on like everyone else. Any further discussion is simply a waste of time and energy.
