ASTRAL TRAVELING, HELP ME ASCEND

Hello.

So recently I've been trying to do astral projection but had almost to no success until last night august 16. I didn't even plan to do anything last night just layed down and talked with Satan about few things and I asked a favor "please Satan send somebody or GD  to me assist in astral projection" 

Then I remember that I had 3-4 hypnic jerks and I thought it would make everything worse for astral projection because I move, but I think it was all good because what happened next changed my life forever.
I'm no expert in astral projection but I know that seeing flash/lights or feeling vibrations is a good sign. So after hypnic jerks I'm consciously aware that something is going on .. I start seeing lights and then I start falling back like I'm in a trance state.  I was "fine i'm going to trance at this point I'll take anything"

Then after a few seconds I thought I'm lucid dreaming and then I started spinning but I could feel this spinning in a circle like above my body? at first I was a bit scared but then I've tried to relax and I felt like I layed down next to my body in my bed I've started seeing some shapes or something like that but for some odd reason I was scared and I said to myself If I  open my eyes I will wake up and everything will be over..

 And then I open my eyes and nothing is there anymore. I'm again in my body.. awake in my room BUT I DEFINITELY left my body I could feel it.. I wanted to come back but  it was over.. 

So I want to ask you guys what to do ?
Do I just open my eyes or say something like "I have full vision in the astral realm now" when something like that would happen again?

And do Gods can pull a person's soul from their body or does the person have to have some practice and do it himself??

One can panic the first time. Relax, keep practicing regularly. Tell your mind that it's OK and you are protected.

Honestly I genuinely want to know. How is it safe ?
Just tune into the level that the greys are on and look around. Reptilians are worse, they can tell you how dangerous it is, because they talk with vocal chords and have extreme potty mouth. If you do it alone you're gonna get man handled.

I would advise against that technique but it's on the meditation section, you need full astral senses and mastery of the full chakra meditation to attempt. Set's wife nephthys can give you the ability and guide you. Her sigil looks like a train engine.

They are both what people would consider lords of darkness so be sure you have done everything In your power before asking.

You sound like a heavily deluded person and on drugs possibly. You should avoid coming up with theories and read the JoS completely before giving spiritual advice. And stop drugs.

I remember twice i was on the last step of astral projection, like when your body goes into paralysis suddenly I saw a tall black shadow who wrapped his arms around me while i was in the state of paralysis. This mothefuker was strong but I eventually snapped out of it in a couple minutes.
I could see the hands that looked like claws almost like those hideous devils the jews portray as our demons.. I'm pretty sure It was a reptilian trina stop me from Astral projecting. These entities will do anything in their power to stop you from achieving astral projection including fear
