What are the most damaging/destructive/harmful activities that I do to myself almost everyday?
Once you know the answer to the question, then comes the hard part....To stop doing those things
For me it is:
video games, excessive naps, sitting in bad postures, seeking short dopamine bursts through mindless entertainment like funny videos on the internet or clickbait news stories, not choosing my words more carefully when I am in confrontations with others, accepting and eating harmful foods from others (usually my family) that violate my own dietary values, not being more conscious as a consumer in avoiding (((companies))) when I buy products and services.
now that I am conscious of these harmful activities, every-time I think about wanting to do one of them, I will try to remember my resolve NOT to do that thing because they are on my list of the most destructive activities that I (used to) partake in.
