Any Tips for quitting Kike sticks (cigarettes)

Really important topic. I have decided myself to try and help my mother quit smoking as she doesn't want to do it herself.
I've read through this topic but I couldn't find anything that will help her. She simply doesn't care. My dad tried to talk to her how cigarettes are really bad and if she can try and reduce the amount of cigarettes she smokes per day but she simply doesn't listen.
We even tried to tell her to switch to electric cigarettes but she simply said no.

Does anyone have any idea how to make a person quit smoking?
Rip her cigarettes apart and throw them in the garbage. Keep doing this every time that you see she has some. She can't smoke if she has nothing to smoke. And after a few days without them, she will start to get used to not having them.

Number one thing required is that the person in question needs to want to change.

Your mom does not want to = no change

You can not effectively force a change. It is not how change works.

I agree. I would recommend focusing on awareness. Inform yourself very well about tobacco and its effects on the body and proceed strategically, carefully and patiently.

Boasting about being here for so much time and then you promote nicotine, come on mate.

Also when I Say low dose, it is important that people realize the distinction between what has benefits, and where problems start to begin. 1 mg or less a day is beneficial dose, after this the nicotine does still have benefits, but all of the side effects come with it.

The lowest vape juice is usually 3 mg. Now that is 3 mg per volume. 3 mg per ML in a bottle, bottles come with 60 ML, Some 100 ML, all depends.

And average tank takes 24MM. There are 10MM in a ML. So it's about 2 1/2 ML. So 3 mg times 2 1/2. We come out too 7 1/2 mg of nicotine per tank vaped.

If there are 20 mg in a pack of cigs, that's the equivalent of 7 cigs. People vape and vape and rack this number up, and that's on the lowest dose.

I'm not in anyway defending vaping or smoking. 2-3 hits which would be less than 1 mg, can boost mental concentration and cognition.

Is it worth it to be a regular vaper or smoker? No.

This is a discussion on properties of substances and what they do, nothing to do with emotionalism, argumentative behavior, defending propositions, or insulting.

I can release information on studies I have researched, and if anyone wants to discuss the said information, I am all ears. However, I have no intentions of taking information and attaching it to myself, so I can Argue to defend myself, against others thinking if they are the last one standing with self attached information, they somehow become glorified to themselves.

After a certain point, that becomes very annoyying. If anyone doesnt want to agree with scientists that is their right, and what would be even more insightful to me, would be if someone posting counter studies to the beneficial effects of low doses of nicotine.

I am not the information, I simply report what is there. But always continue in my search.
As to vaping I think it's one of the most degenerate things that these years have to offer.

As someone who's had more then my share of vapes, and used them, and still use them at times as a tool for staying away from cigarettes, I was curious to hear your complete view on this.

Just a recent degenerate fad, and one which hurts your lungs regardless.

Really!? That's interesting!

Could you provide links to some studies on that.

The ancients drank wine, Dyonisus is the god of wine. Though they watered it down.
Just search it on google, there's ton of articles about it I couldn't even choose what to post.

I will look into this. I'm sceptical, but who knows.

The only benefits in red wine that I know of are attributed to the antioxidant resveratrol. It's one of the most well known and potent antioxidants available. It helps with anti-aging, anti-cancer, improved circulation, support in preventing and (potentially) treating atherosclerosis and has been shown to improve glucose and lipid metabolism in those with metabolic syndrome. As well, it can pass the blood brain barrier and has been shown to increase circulation in the brain. This has been linked to better cognition/mood and reduced risk for neurogenerative disorders.
It can also be found in the skin of grapes, dark berries, raw cocoa, itadori tea and pistachios. (You can also get it in supplement form).

Personally I quit all alcohol because it has ties with cancer, however this is only seen in those who consume it heavily. I also question how it can temporarily impair our spiritual functioning.
I've been obsessed with health for years. For the past couple years I almost never touched anything that wasn't organic, drink distilled water and consume a diet that seems over-the-top to everyone I meet (I won't even eat refined grains/carbs). This is even to the point where I can go to the grocery store because they have machines spraying fluorinated water on the organic vegetables. (A local health store that I like uses a spray bottle with filtered water). I track my nutrition daily and get trace minerals from seaweed.

As you can tell I have a very obsessive personality but at least I'm finding (what I believe are) positive things to put my focus towards that make me happy.
When I was a kid the doctors diagnosed me with Asperger's syndrome. Personally (this may sound inconsiderate) but I don't believe there is such a thing as high-functioning disabilities. I believe these things are a result of trauma, health imbalances and medications. In my case it was all three. Looking at me back then to whom I am today shows that we can overcome incredible odds.
Considering all this, I smoked cigarettes for 5 years and switched to vaping 3 years ago. (Pretty ironic I know).

At the end of the day I'm eternally grateful to be a part of this wonderful SS family and immeasurably thankful to Satan for bringing me to the JoS during my teens. I was interested in wanting to do magic. I scrolled through sooo many websites and not one felt real to me (like they were all props or fads) until I found the JoS. I instantly fell in love with everything about it.

Everyone may be very different/unique on these forums but our values are all the same. I think one thing I've found here is people can have different beliefs on certain things but still get along. For an example I'm not a flat-earther though it's something I neither believe or disbelieve. In the end we will all learn the whole truth about this world/universe and Satan is the greatest pathway toward this goal.

Sorry for rambling again lol... ^_^

Hail Satan! And thank you HPs for literally saving me and giving me a greater purpose in life. Words can't do justice and I'm sure many of you know what I mean.

Hail Satan!!! <3
