I am always doing that , everyday , one time I stopped meditating for 1 2 days and I got into a random fight , that s why I have a bit of disbelief and not believing that much like I am putting so much effort and I am still getting into a physical fight randomly..

Should I go with Spiritual or material ? And also I am trying to formulate an affirmation for mars about this but I literally don t know how to been trying for 10 minutes and my head started hurting. Never done mars square before and I am looking to get into it now, what is a good date to start this Mars Square ?

You must come up with affirmations for your workings yourself. The reason for this is, the same sentence can mean 2 completely different things to two people. What matters is your understanding of what the words mean. That's what programs the energy. It doesn't have to be complicated, it just has to make sense to you.

Make sure you state "in a positive way for me", you don't want to become "brave and assertive" by bullying those who are weaker than you, as that is one of the fastest manifestations for this. See yourself as "brave and assertive" while you are affirming this. I suggest you do 10 repetitions of the affirmation.

Mars is in Aries right now, until 8th June, so it's an excellent moment.
14th May is a good day as Moon is in Leo and it's Tuesday (Mars' day). You need to choose Mars hours (they change depending on your location, you may want to use ChronosXP or similar apps).

I think everyones replies here are good from a spiritual perspective but the truth is when it comes to fighting you have to train, spiritually improving your combativeness will just make you a better student of combat and give you more drive but you need to actually learn to do it, for instance I could pray to Thoth 1000 times a day to make me better at math but it wont help unless I also actually practice math.

Do as everyone here as advised but also learn BJJ and wrestling and next time your in danger you will have both the confidence but crucially the ability to control the outcome of the fight.

True confidence comes from knowledge, you will never feel confident in a situation like that unless you can actually fight, anything else is simply bravado and arrogance which magic can give you but trust me when it comes to trained fighters there it will make no difference the trained fighter wins, I am confident in these situations because I know I will win, magic helps yes but all male SS should be able to handle ourselves IMO, an aura of protection is great but so is the ability to sprint quickly or suplex someone into the concrete, there is no reason to limit ourselves to purely the spiritual realm, afterall would you rarther be cursed or suplexed headfirst into the pavement? I say let those who attack the servants of the Gods experience both.
