Question #4547: The pulse quickens from the trance...

Hello. When I start to go into trance, my heart rate increases and I feel short of breath. Blood also rushes to the head and pulsates there with red-hot heat, bursting it. After I come out of the trance, I continue to have shortness of breath and a fast pulse for another hour or two (approximately! I’m not 100% sure!). Why is that? What can I do to get rid of this?

That is super weird, it sounds like an anxiety attack. How can you even enter a trance like that? This is speculation on my part but it could be subconscious trauma from a past life experience. Many people have "irrational fears" without an apparent reason, but it's usually something you've carried over from a past life.

The initial entry into a trance based off my experience does have an increase in heart rate and disorientation but its only temporary, the heat in your head however seems like a bad sign one way or the other and is not all typical.

Honestly I say there are two possible reasons, one is psychological as PoJ stated e.g you think on some level there should be a problem and so there is or problem 2: harassment from the enemy, they have done this to me when I try and enter trances but the experience is far less visceral than what you describe so I dont think thats the case as the enemy can obstruct and distract but actual physical harm is a no go as Demons step in.

Are you fully dedicated to Satan? if not then thats your problem, these meditations are not safe for those not under the aegis of Satan's protection, its like screaming in a forest something hungry might hear you and go looking at whats causing the noise, Satan prevents this from harming his followers but allows us to deal with obstacles within our power to overcome but physical harm is where the Gods get involved. To the enemy the "dabbling" Satanist is prime prey, you are a potential fully fledged Satanist yet you lack the security dedication provides and are thus vulnerable so if you havent dedicated yet rectify that ASAP.

Of course it may be you have some kind of neurological condition but hopefully not.

And lastly make sure your breathing smoothly throughout, dont hold your breathe or force it in anyway.

However, this is something that I'd assume happens if your brain is "exhausted" in some way, such as stress, overworked, fried adrenal glands, drug addiction, sleep deprivation, etc.

Are you physically healthy?
Are you mentally healthy?
Are you on any medication?
Have you recently undergone surgery?
Are you pregnant?
Do you have a drug problem?
Are you sleep deprived?
Are you experiencing stress?
Have you experienced any recently traumatic events?
Inflammation/or organ problems?
Do you have any addiction(s) to supernormal stimulus, such as porn, gaming, social media/YouTube, etc?
Any known neurological issues?
Any relevant genetic disorders or physical trauma related to the blood and/or brain?

Could this be because the body is unaccustomed to meditation? (due to the circumstances around me, I have not meditated for a long time)

It also happens to me quite rarely.
I conclueded it can be because of

-Inappropriate breathing
-lack or relaxation
-physical disturbance

When you have this, do you forcibly slower your breath? It can be that you forcibly breath slow and you can't get enough oxygen or something. So try not to restrict your breathing as much, breath naturally in the beginning and as you relax yourself, breath out a bit slower, take more time to breath in slowly.

It also happened as I remember now when I breath in too deeply, I fill my lungs too much, and maybe too fast. Be slow with your breathing and only fill your lungs as much as it feel relaxing and comfortable.

Now, for the last one, It have happened many times when I tried to fall asleep and I heard my mom come out her room. I start to feel frustrated and I can't relax completely when I know she gonna do something that I will hear. That's when it happened the most.

And as you say it can be because it's new to you. Just practice and you'll see it improve.

Unawareness of tension in the body by a sudden focus shift. This can come even from mental blockages, pursuit of a certain feeling, or tensioning and suspending the breath without awareness while in a trance or entering the trance. The solution is to breathe, relax, and ease slowly into all of this. Hatha Yoga will heal from any body and mental tensions along the way. Do you smoke?

You need to see a doctor and ask to have an EKG to rule out any underlying heart conditions. It could just be anxiety, but in the rare case of it being an arrhythmia you should go and have yourself looked over.

Yes, you are right, I have paroxysmal sinus tachycardia and sinus arrhythmia. But only when these diseases were first diagnosed to me, I did not experience problems with shortness of breath in a trance...

I was thinking recently and remembered that several times I have already been caught “sleeping while sitting.” I became sensitive to my feelings, and realized that yes, I feel some anxiety and fear when entering a trance, which was not there before. Could this now be a subconscious reaction of the body?
P.S. Also, as brother/sister SS wrote above, I noticed that my breathing also unconsciously disappears or becomes shallow and rare. This, I believe, also has an effect.

It could also be subconscious, but it's also in combination with your physical problems. Remember, nothing is solely physical or solely spiritual, everything is a combination of both, but the percentages vary. In this case, I say it's mostly physical.
