About covid

Greetings,


I know this topic is old, and that we're 4-5 years far from that period, but people Who got Covid in 2020,2021,2022, was it bad? I mean, did it cause problems to souls or in general? And also, about vaccines, did they cause problems to soul and body? Even if 3/4 years have passed ,should one do meditations or something else to get rid of what we got inside our bodies with vaccines or covid itself?

I think covid was mostly a lie based on an illness that was not very powerful or damaging. The vaccine though idk I never got it and I knew it was bad but I dont know what it did or if it damaged spirituality or the soul in any way.

For healthy people, the virus was just like a flu.
The vaccine is much worse than the virus and can cause serious and permanent health problems.
