Well, in 3 years ago, i was a bad person, i know that i changed, but i jave a strange feeling.
I can't put it into words, but let's imagine a scenario: Someone does something bad or not cool, And when I criticize that action, it's like I don't feel like I have the right to speak on the matter, it's like I don't feel like a good person.
Even though I've changed, even though I've earned forgiveness from the people I messed with, even though it's all in the past 3 freaking years, i cant forget it, i still blame myself. Im stuck in the past.

I recommend meditation on the concept of "Be here now". There is only one moment in existence, and that is now. There is no past, and no future. Both of the aforementioned states are sort of extensions of the present, if that makes sense. So, meditate on the "be here now" idea.

Self hypnosis can help with issues like these. Design some good affirmations to help you see yourself in a better way. Any hypnosis info you need is on the ToZ site.

There's also a meditation in the new Awareness section, related to the Ethics of the Gods. Perform that meditation for the Present Virtue of Apollo, and it'll likely have great results as well.

The advice that my brothers gave you are very useful, but I aso wanted to tell you this:
Everything you did in the past is part of your story, but it belongs there: in the past. You’re not that person anymore, today you’re someone new, more aware and stronger.
The mistakes you made don’t define you, they don’t erase your value or who you are now. We all make mistakes, and it’s often through them that we learn and grow.
Try to focus on the present, on what you can build today and from this moment forward. You have the chance to choose who you want to be.

It is good that you even realize that you made mistakes in the past; some people never do and they will be horrible people their whole lives without even knowing it. Self-awareness is the first step to becoming a better person. You must use it to never make the same mistakes that you did in the past. We must keep moving forward in life, and being aware and learning from our mistakes is the proper way to advance and become a better human being.

You are not that person anymore. If you learn from your mistakes and you are certain you will not repeat those mistakes, it's a plus/experience in your journey toward becoming a kind person. You should learn to let it go and focus on the present because you live here, right now. If you continue to live in the past, your story will not get better, and all the mistakes you've made will be in vain. Take a deep breath when you find yourself dwelling on mistakes and move on with life as your breath comes and goes from your lungs.
I strongly recommend that you read Lord Apollo's ethics and meditate on them. You don't need to hurt yourself. Good luck!
