Just a heads up, Astarte is not a "newer" name, she was called so by the Phoenicians and others too. There even is a Wikipedia article about that, so it's pretty much mainstream knowledge by now.
Also, I am 100% certain years ago I've read from Clergy (unfortunately I do not remember from who exactly, if Lady Maxine or HPHC) that "Astarte" was Our Queen's favorite name, but I have to say it was the period were many still used "Astaroth" which is a corrupted version of Astarte, so maybe what the meaning was that "Astarte" was favored over "Astaroth", not just "the favorite". I would need confirmation from TGs or Clergy, but I think Astarte is perfectly fine to use.
