Strengthening charkas

When you focus on one chakra, how much you feel it? How much you feel it's shape? The more you feel it, the stronger it is, and I do not mean feeling it as a pressure, it is like feeling them as your limbs, like you are sure they are there and you can control them.

For the lower chakras they might be harder to feel but you can test if they funcion correctly.

Your base chakra doesn't funcion properly. The better it works the stronger it is.
For your sacral and sun chakra, see what they govern and how they are in your life.

Also, all of these has to do with purity as well, a chakra cannot be powerful or cannot work properly if not clean.
 
If you can feel your chakra strongly to the point as a part of your physical body and even it's shape that means it's very strong.

I suggest to practice daily anuloma viloma, if you don't do it yet:

After you done affirm something alongside that you are strong, grounded and balanced in safe/healthy way, feel strongly that affirmation as it really happened, and you identify with it.

 
But when i meditate on them, for example i got into trance to feel it all better, i didnt felt really much diffrence between my chakras, what should i feel?
You need to open your soul more I think.

Perhaps the last time you did them they didn't open well. Doing the mudras helped a lot in my case.

When i focus on my chakras before meditation (by meditation i mean full chakra meditation) i dont feel them as good as after meditation, after meditation i feel them almost like my limbs, i feel their shape really good, i can estimate it on 80% haha! About this exercie, its really hard, i done it like 4 times and i feel pain behind my left shoulder when i done bandhas and started to inhale :( and when i done it i didnt really felt too much but i see its really great breathing excersise and as soon as i find out what to do to dont feel this pain ill for sure do this excersise frequently. But if it changes something, when i do single serpent meditation i feel power in my chakras, its really powerfull when i do this meditation.

Thank you, I'll do this breathing excersise with affirmation everyday too, i already done it without affirmation everyday when doing this full chakra meditation.

I actually opened my chakras like 5 times in this life, everytime i used mudras because they are not hard for me to do, im pretty sure they are open. Also to explain better what i meant by feeling diffrence, i meant diffrence between chakras, like one is more powerfull than other, they felt just the same.

From my understanding on what is written here so far it seems like you should focus more on purifying and freeing the soul workings on your chakras,

Are you doing any physical exercises like yoga etc. ?
I assume you are doing breathing exersises to charge up yourself with energy ?

By freeing soul you mean munka? I was doing yoga, hatha and kundalini but i havent touched it for a year maybe, i wanted to return to yoga. About charging myself, i just do this everyday https://templeofzeus.org/Full_Meditation.php (Thats the only moment i do breathing excersises probably) and i do single serpent meditation frequently, someone on forums wrote that full chakra meditation is a highway to ascending kundalini, something like that so i do it everyday, i think it also gives me energy, right? And i like to do King & Queen meditation sometimes. So actually my routine is basic things - aura cleaning, chakra spinning, aop + things i wrote about above.

Meditate. When you focus on a chakra, try to understand which one you perceive less than the others. Once you understand this, use the words of power (they have been very helpful to me) to strengthen it. Always perform chakra alignment and spin.

Besides of what Tethys333 said, please do return to yoga and take care of your physical body, you can't contain a strong soul in weak physical body, notice that statues of our Gods are fit and muscular.
