WTF! First time actually being able to get the time to focus on my 3

FUCK! OKi this is weird I was doing that thingy where I lay down, close my eye's and visualizing breathing in gold energy through my mouth and was starting to feel really tingly like itchy nose, head, lower back and other places then after a few minutes idk how long I kinda saw like idk a giant bug looking fucker like ugh think of that alien from American Dad you know Roger ugh kinda like him but with blackish eye's I think first glimspe it was staring at me and second glimpse before I opened my eyes was it sitting at the table or standing beside the table with its arms and head aboce the table like it was standing next to it or something ugh it must have been really small if it was standing idk wtf was it? my head still feels itchy at the back and I feel kinda idk like numb head like a ringing in my ears but without the ringing if that makes any sence atall and my left cheek just under my left eye is itchy but not itchy enough to want to scratch it but I will if it gets any itchier am I going insane or what? 0.0"

I asked my GD to protect me and Pucel said that was an Enemy wtf!
I'm Not even advanced yet or ugh I only just opened my 3rd eye about two weeks ago or something and haven't had the time to focus much on it or to Empower it until now due to life being hectic etc...

Could someone please tell me if this is Normal or Not as I kinda feel a little creeped out atm by what I saw for literally only a few seconds!!! :/
