Who knows about Taoist magic arts(中国道术）?

I'm a Chinese and want to know if a Satanist can learn the Taoist magic arts.It has been inherited more than 2000 years in China and easy to find related data,though it's very hard to study.What's the attitude of Satanism to the Taoism?(Sorry my  English is poor)
