What you think of the possibility of there being two distinct qualities to each house in a natal chart?

Like a more negative or more positive quality to each house where a planet is placed in either the more dark or brighter side to a house. Think of a slower or faster frequency to each house, and a celestial body can be placed in either the more positive or negative side to the house. Positive or negative being merely a qualitative description of the frequency of each side.
