weird thing happened today

was lighting some incense to the Gods which is part of my basic meditation process when the next thing i know i was alight. No i had not been using any chemicals as it was 5 am in the morning. I am ok but im curious as to if this was some sort of attack any insight would be helpful

Not clear on what you mean by "alight". Do you mean you were a light? Or were up floating?
