I hope this helps new people or others. I have known a simple breathing excercise that is necessary for calming down and centering yourself. it is not on the JOS website, but it works and is simple. Just relax, sit down and hold your hands on your heart. Breath deeply "into" your heart. just breath and focus into your heart organ. do this for about 20 breaths but not much more and thats it. the heart organ is the main centering organ in the body and should be focused on every time you lose center. (remember, it is NOT like healing your heart where you send energy into it through your hands. you just simply breath into it and relax). <GOOD BYE<
