Using a Bracelet To Attract Love

Ok so I got this rose quartz beads (16) bracelet with the Feng Sui Symbol for love on wooden beads (8), what runes should I use to empower it, to attract my soul mate.

Adding on that I have a specific person in mind and specific place in mind to wear it to where apparently there are at least a few people of the opposite sex who think like me.

well the gebo rune is great also the kenaz rune for influencing others. hmm look at the list of runes on the website to see their attributes. i forget the rest of them.
