I think it is generally accurate. They aren't doing anything crazy; they are just mashing together the astrology placements to interpret something you are likely good at. The sun, moon, and ascendant each play strong roles in how your interact with the world, so if you could interpret them as one sign, it would more simply explain your behavior, and thus show you what you are good at.
