Unclear about inhale or exhale on beautiful Zeus meditation?

It says under Beautiful Meditation on Zeus:

Inhale into your third eye deeply, all the way back into your 6th chakra. (The 6th chakra is behind the third eye and is located about halfway from your third eye and the rear of your head.)

Hold the inhale for a count of five. (You can hold longer if you are experienced in power breathing.)

Now slowly exhale, and when you exhale, visualize the energy from your inhale as a bright light and flood the top part of your head with it. (Your brain area.)

On the last paragraph it gets confusing, bc it says when you exhale visualize the energy from your inhale instead of visualize the energy from your exhale.

Which one is correct?? Did they make a typo?? Is it inhale or exhale?

You as you inhale energy into 6th chakra, this energy you inhaled you use it then on exhale to flood the top part of your head with it. It doesnt matters, its literally the same energy which you inhaled.
