I need some help with the opening of the trird eye,i have a big problem understanding the step 5.
STEP 5: Now align your third eye correctly by visualizing it point end facing inside as illustrated at left,the colour of your third eye is brilliant white like a miniature sun.
i can see in the image at left a human head and something like a triangle gets into his forehead.what must i visualize?a triangle getting in my forehead?or must i visualize a third eye that is blue in colour in my forehead?
please help
