Ravensara.

Btw this post has the set up of a hype.

Neither did I like the post of your documents about ehat herbs to use for what. Simply because you own a book with zero grounding or any evidence or how to safely use any kind of herb does not make you a professor.

Actual herbalists have studied those things in depth either from a scientific or chinese medicine perspective. If you have an ailment and you want to cure it you are better off there than with grandmas home remedies.

While they may help they dont solve the root problem because the root problem is not understood its like putting bandaid on an ongoing inflammation instead of properly treating it.

Thank you a lot for sharing! This is quite interesting. Maybe this will work for my skin.

Herbs do not fit into the western scientific paradigm and are greatly misunderstood as a result. From here: https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/SSH ... essages/64

"Western medicine views the body as a machine, and seeks to fix it's individual parts as separate entities, like replacing a broken alternator or fuel pump on a car. TCM recognises that the body is an energetically integrated whole and replacing the alternator will not be any good unless the battery is maintained and the lights are sorted out.

In TCM, milk thistle is classified as cold and bitter. Bitter herbs affect the heart and small intestine, to promote urination and cold herbs cool and clear heat. So, if a person presents with liver symptoms and heat symptoms and has no problem with overall yang and qi, then this herb is fantastic for them. However, someone with similar liver symptoms who feels cold a lot, has a pale complexion and poor appetite will actually suffer at the hands of milk thistle, far worsening their condition especially if they take it for a long time."

Al Jilwah: Chapter IV

"It is my desire that all my followers unite in a bond of unity, lest those who are without prevail against them." - Shaitan
