I have an interesting question and topic if anyone enthusiastic enough about the topic wants to share a thought .
I was thinking , [if] the body , mind and soul are living within together connected although the mind and soul can live without a material body which is understandable.
Keeping this in mind , anything that we consume and do affects us , biologically on the material world, therefore if we fucked up the body we pollute the soul and therefore the mind as well.
But I wanted to say this one thing , as far as we know the today's technology [at least the one they let us know about] is not good enough to even explain a few things about us humans , I mean deeper things such as consciousness , soul , etc. There's much more to be known and discover and there will always be.
My honest question about the topic in itself is that if let's say chip someone's brain and change his mind , his emotions , memories ,believes and so on , let's say the brain is changed , some technology has been used to change stuff. How would the soul react? I don't believe you can just delete something from someone's brain , surely there's still an attachment on the spiritual and mental realm within , isn't it ?
I have a vague impression that if this were to happen then the Soul in itself might go to a let's say crisis , like an internal failure which later will definitely result in a possible complete breakdown , in time.
