negativity and having them completely ignore me and cover the pope in filth.
I don't see why you would have to do this on Saturday. You are simply
programming your aura to reflect energy, the energy doesn't have to be
particular strong during that day for you to program your aura to protect
it. Just do that affirmation with visualization fifty times in a row for
five days and you should be golden.
