shoulder chakras question

I really want my wings to manifest and read on the main site that
fully empowering the shoulder chakras does it... how can I empower my
shoulder chakras..? I am currently doing the chakra breathing on them
will that work? And if not then please tell me how I can?

The answer is also on the JoS, just keep looking. Why do you 'really want your wings to manifest'? When the wings come, this is a symbolic step of overcoming a blockage that was previously holding you back, it is a symbol of spiritual freedom, and breaking through these things holding you back. With consistant power meditation your wings will come about. This is whats important to focus on, regular Power Meditation working on empowering your entire soul. Not focusing on one specific part and letting the others lack, simply to gain something which you percieve as 'cool'.
