Greetings,

I have a serious problem with staying on the path to keep my Meditation schedule going. Every time I don't do the Meditation on Morning or Evening I feel Bad and delay or postpone the ongoing schedule and wait for the BEST date to start over again (I always look at the Astrology Calendars ). I did this so many times.

I would be very grateful for tips or suggestions.😇😇😇

Have a great time.

Can you be more specific?
What meditation are you referring to?
What are the distractions causing this?
Our daily routine is a matter of prioritising.

Yes.
Sorry my bad.

it's with the 40 Day Meditation Program.

As I mentioned earlier, the distractions are Perfectionist attitudes toward meditation.

it goes like, If I miss one session I don't do it and cancel the schedule . And wait for the BEST dates, like : Moon not being in the void of course, Special dates like: Esbat, Equinoxes and dates like this.

Hope I clarified the situation.

If you can't pay much effort in the morning or evening, do something easy so you can do them every single morning without much effort. And do the things that require effort when you have energy for it.

The easiest way to stay consistent is to fight for the first months, do them every single time, even if it's very hard, and boom you became consistent. Because they became a habit. Habits are easy to do. But first you need to develop them which is the hard part
