One of my favorite arguements against Xianity is the lack of evidence, or proof, that their diety exists. But how can you convince someone who hasn't been shown the truth?
One of my favorite methods is suggestion. A lot of people wince when they hear the word, "Satan" and even bringing up his name can bring up a defensive stance. I've found that I've had the most success using this tactic:
"Your religion is based on faith, and hope, and you pour all of your time into something that has no physical proof. You basically are just 'hoping' that this fairytale is true, while the medical world has documentation that every one of our thoughts and actions produces a form of 'bioelectricity' that can be measured. Wouldn't you rather devote your life to figuring out where this energy came from and how to harness it, instead of blindly following a book written thousands of years ago?"
I've always believed that sometimes, all it takes is a little push.
Hail Satan!
