I know I was the one who kept posting how Satanama was Enkis name, sorry...after reading that it was a yoga mantra, I remembered this tantric yoga video I saw a while back ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hE2t1Fdy ... r_embedded )

That talked about using an mantra called "Satnam" then I thought what if the original meaning was Satanama? So I tweaked the exercise a bit. I put my hands in the Solar Mudra and on the inhale I affrimed "Sata" on the exhale "Nama" just after about 30-40 seconds I sweting from the heat. I had tried this before and it never made me swet until I did it like this.

Hmmm. I shall have to give that a try sometime. What exactly is the
solar mudra? Is it a yoga thing, or is it on Jos somewhere and I just
missed it?
