Someone once posted about a Runic Scepter they made. If I remember correctly it was in a post to do with destroying churches. Though that's irrelevant. Can whoever posted that, please tell me how you made it, and how you use it?
I have made the beginnings of one with a pointed crystal mounted into a small walking stick. I'm thinking of carving my chosen Runes into it, and empowering them. I just don't want it constantly shooting out destructive energy. How do I make it so it's activated only by intention?
