Really pissed off

Hello all, I have been shrugging off some annoying things that a co-worker does perhaps for far too long. She is just so picky and naggy, but today she really upped the ante and made it really personal. Its for something that I could not possibly be responsible for, and yet she thinks that I am the cause. 
Her student friend has also arrived again recently, and I think that might have something to do with it. I thought she just naggy by nature, but today I realize that its with a purpose against me. I think she just wants to try to drive me out of the work place one way or the other so that her friend can work there eventually. She will be graduating in December which is not far off. I don't know what else she or her friend will try. 
I will be talking to the supervisor, for whatever good that will do. I will focus on the situation, and come up with good solutions which will work no matter what. but also address the blame game she is doing. But I think she has taken up the offense to a new level where I think a curse would appropriate. I don't know what would be the best. I almost don't care what happens to her, just as long as she is out of the workplace. 
However, today I realized that the workplace is really one that is very, very dysfunctional. I would like to leave and go to a better place. I have been applying but nothing has come up. I am in the federal system, and have some service requirements which have been making the situation particularly frustrating. Any suggestions for mediations to help with a new job, and also riding myself of these people would be helpful. Hail satan!
